Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Data used: the country, city and district you selected, your favourite sport and skill level, your Event participation history, Team membership and App language.
What we do NOT do:
- we do not pass your data to ad networks or external advertisers,
- we do not build profiles for behavioural advertising outside the App,
- we take no decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing (Article 22 GDPR),
- we do not use this data to set prices.
If you do not consent: the App works normally — lists of Events and offers are then shown using simple criteria (city, sport, date), without tailoring to your history.
Voluntary: entirely optional; it is not a condition of using the App.
Withdrawal: at any time in the App settings (consents section). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Retention: until consent is withdrawn; the fact and date of giving and withdrawing it — 6 years (accountability, Article 7(1) GDPR).
