Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) we inform you that:
1. Controller

3. Data
Phone number or e-mail, Apple/Google identifier, nickname, date of birth, profile picture, sports data, in-app activity, device data and push token, diagnostic logs, consent history, Coin balance. Country, city and district are chosen manually from a list — we do not read GPS.
4. Recipients
Hosting and infrastructure providers (Supabase, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare), SMS (Twilio) and e-mail (Resend) delivery, push notifications (Google Firebase, Apple), diagnostics (Sentry), update delivery (Capgo), and Apple and Google at sign-in. Telegram groups are run by Telegram as a separate controller. Public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell data.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers process data in the USA, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (SCC). A copy of the safeguards is available on request.
6. Retention
Account data — until the Account is deleted; technical data — up to 12 months; consent history and complaint files — 6 years; accounting documents — 5 years from the end of the tax year. After Account deletion, data is erased or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal), and a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
8. Is providing data mandatory?
A phone number or e-mail address and your date of birth are necessary to create and keep an Account — the date of birth is processed to confirm that you are at least 16. Sports data, a photo and a description are optional. Marketing consents are optional and are not a condition of using the App.
9. Age
The App is intended solely for persons aged 16 and over.
10. Automated decisions
We take no decisions based solely on automated processing producing legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile for such purposes.
